We are very excited that you have chosen us as your avenue for weight loss. With our program, you can enjoy doctor-designed, chef-prepared meals that are delivered right to your door. Before you receive your first week of meals, it is important that we go over some vital information to ensure your total satisfaction.

Shipping and Delivery Dates
We process and ship all orders at the beginning of each week. If you order at the beginning of the week we will try to prepare your menu and meals for arrival that week. If you order later in the week, your meals will arrive the following week. You are able to track all shipments by referring to the FedEx tracking number that is emailed to you.
Inside the Continental U.S.:
New Orders Placed Online by Monday at 5 p.m., EST: If you complete your meal plan order online by Monday at 5 p.m., EST, BistroMD�s staff of dietitians will prepare your meal plan that week and your meals will arrive near the end of the week.
New Orders Placed Online after Monday at 5 p.m., EST: If you complete your meal plan order online after Monday at 5 p.m., EST, our staff of dietitians will prepare your meal plan that week and your meals will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. Depending on where you live, you will receive your meals near the end of that week.
Signature Requirements for Shipments
As long as FedEx feels it is safe to leave your package upon delivery, they will not require a signature. If we are shipping to an apartment building, FedEx may require a signature and the package may be left at a manager�s office.
Making Changes to Your Order
As you try your first week of meals, let us know if you would like to further customize your plan and menu options to suit your individual needs. To customize your order, place a hold or make any other changes to your order; please contact us by the deadlines below.
Sunday at Midnight, EST: For all new clients (your first order), we extend our normal deadline until Sunday at Midnight, EST. This is a courtesy to you to provide time to try the meals and let us know if you would like any changes to your next week�s shipment.
Wednesday at 5 p.m., EST: For all future weeks, our deadline is always Wednesday at 5 p.m., EST prior to your next week’s shipment. If you would like any changes to your next week�s shipment, we must know by this deadline.
Please understand that once FedEx picks up your shipment, the meals are on their way to you and we are unable to make changes to that order. If you contact us after the deadline, any changes will be reflected on the following order. If you cancel after the deadline you will receive and will be billed for this final shipment.
Convenient Automatic Shipments
We understand that your weight loss journey takes dedication and requires consistency so we design your plan for a weekly delivery of food. These automatic shipments require no commitment and after your first week of meals, all orders are automatically reoccurring. If you have any changes to your next order, please contact us within the deadlines listed above.
Storage of Meals
All of our meals are packaged fresh frozen in a reusable cooler that is packed with dry ice. When you receive your meals, it is important that they immediately be put into your freezer upon delivery.
